DCATS (DC Area Transmasculine Society)

social and support group for persons on the transmasculine spectrum and their significant others, family, friends and allies. SOFFA group (periodically) meets at the same time in another room. The DC Area Transmasculine Society is a peer-facilitated social and support group for anyone on the transmasculine spectrum- persons born or assigned female at birth that feel that this is an inaccurate or incomplete description of who they are today. The group hosts a variety of events open to family, friends, and partners, as well as a binder/syringe exchange, and other programs.

a Trans* inclusive only support group started and facilitated by Toni Lloyd and SaVanna Wanzer. In this group they discuss politics, love, health and entertainment. With assistance from leaders in the community who service us such as doctors, lawyers, and life coaches. Some days they are in house some days they are out house but with food and great conversation every week becomes more memorable.

Transgender Education Association and Transformations

present Second Friday, a peer led community building group for members and friends of the Trans and gender expansive communities that gathered on the Second Friday of each month. In addition, meetings include a group for the parents and guardians of Transgender and gender expansive children and young adults, as well as a group for teens and teens, and a Trans Masculine / GNB Group, all gathering concurrently.

These meetings also provide space for a concurrent closed group gathering for Transgender and gender expansive tweens and teens.
